1. Custom 3D Greenhouse Design Creation
Since our 3D models are created specifically for your space and design preferences, refunds for this service are not available once the work has commenced. If you’re dissatisfied with the initial design, we offer one revision within 7 days of delivery. After that, additional revisions will be subject to a fee.
2. Virtual Greenhouse Design Consultations
Refunds for virtual consultations are not provided once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you are not satisfied with the consultation, we offer a follow-up session at no additional charge to address any concerns.
3. Pre-designed 3D Interior and Landscaping Solutions for Greenhouses
For pre-designed 3D interior and landscaping solutions, we offer a full refund if the design has not been started. Once the design process begins, refunds are not available. If you are not satisfied with the design, we offer one round of revisions within 7 days of receiving the final design.
4. Support and 3D Model Updates for Greenhouses
Refunds are not applicable to support services or 3D model updates. However, if you are unsatisfied with the updates, we offer additional revisions within 7 days of delivery at no extra charge. After the revision period, further changes may incur additional fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before the service begins. For services that have already started, cancellation will result in partial refund based on the work completed.

7. Exceptions
Due to the personalized nature of our services, no refunds will be offered for digital products or services that have been completed and delivered, such as custom 3D models, design consultations, and pre-designed plans.
